Hyatt Hotels Corporation is seeking a passionate and results-driven Senior Manager, Sales Operations & Compensation to join our Commercial Services team. In this role, you will collaborate closely with Sales Operations leaders and cross-functional partners to help enable our commercial teams to perform at their best and deliver exceptional experiences for our guests. This role strengthens the tools, processes, and insights that support our sales organization and contributes to building trusted partnerships across the organization, customers, and owners.

Responsibilities
  • Lead Sales Operations within the Americas Managed Commercial Organization, setting objectives and establishing standards, governance, and operating frameworks to enable a unified, high-performing sales organization.
  • Design, implement, and continuously optimize enterprise-wide systems, processes, incentive programs, and sales training infrastructure that drive commercial effectiveness.
  • Own operational strategy, steward global partner relationships, and govern sales compensation initiatives that support revenue growth and organizational performance.
  • Operate with autonomy and cross-functional influence, providing strategic guidance and shaping long-term operational frameworks to ensure consistent execution across a complex commercial ecosystem.
  • Accelerate revenue performance, improve Salesforce productivity, safeguard financial accuracy, and advance the organization’s broader commercial strategy.
Qualifications

Experience

Required:

  • Minimum 5-7 years hotel sales experience, preferably in a Full Service property
  • Minimum 3-5 years of Associate Director of Sales/Senior Sales Manager or similar team leadership experience with success in developing and executing sales strategy

Experience Preferred:

  • Strong knowledge and understanding of Hyatt sales tools and programming
  • Experience with in a Hyatt Hotel is preferred

Compensation & Additional Details

The salary range for this position is $120,000 to $150,000. This position is eligible for incentive awards and an annual bonus. Final pay rate will depend on experience, skill level, and location. Pay will meet local requirements, including local minimum wage.
