Overview
Hyatt Hotels Corporation is seeking a passionate and results-driven Senior Manager, Sales Operations & Compensation to join our Commercial Services team. In this role, you will collaborate closely with Sales Operations leaders and cross-functional partners to help enable our commercial teams to perform at their best and deliver exceptional experiences for our guests.

Responsibilities- Provide design, implementation, and continuous optimization of enterprise-wide systems, processes, incentive programs, and sales training infrastructure to drive commercial effectiveness.
- Own operational strategy, stewardship of global partner relationships, and governance of sales compensation initiatives to support revenue growth and organizational performance.
- Operate with significant autonomy and cross-functional influence, providing strategic guidance, shaping long-term operational frameworks, and ensuring consistent execution across a complex commercial ecosystem.
- Accelerate revenue performance, improve salesforce productivity, safeguard financial accuracy, and advance the organization s broader commercial strategy.
- Experience
Required:- Minimum 5-7 years hotel sales experience, preferably in a Full Service
- Minimum 3-5 years of Associate Director of Sales/Senior Sales Manager or similar team leadership experience demonstrating success in developing and executing sales strategy
- Experience Preferred:
- Strong knowledge and understanding of Hyatt sales tools and programming
- Experience with in a Hyatt Hotel is preferred
- The salary range for this position is $120,000 to $150,000. This position is also eligible to earn incentive awards and an annual bonus.
- The final pay rate/salary offered to the successful candidate will depend on experience, skill level and other qualifications for the role, as well as the location of the performance of work. Pay for the successful candidate will meet local requirements, including the local minimum wage rate.
