Chicago BRRRR Investor Seeking Licensed GC for Small MF Value-Add
I'm a Chicago-based investor focused on small multifamily (2-4 units) and BRRRR
-style, value-add projects primarily on the South Side.
Projects are structured with refinance timelines in mind, so clean execution, accurate scopes, and predictable schedules are important.
Requirements- Licensed, insured, and pulls permits when required
- Provides photos and references from completed Chicago projects
- Comfortable working from a clear scope with milestone-based payments
- Communicates consistently and professionally
I’m not looking for one-off handyman or emergency work. I’m intentionally building a go-to contractor relationship for current and future projects.
