What you’ll do:
Marketing Associate - Project Management
in the Enterprise is a foundational role supporting operational excellence across the Marketing & Communications team. This position focuses on managing the production lifecycle, workflows and processes for marketing projects, ensuring projects are initiated, tracked and completed efficiently. The role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, enjoys solving operational challenges, and is motivated by enabling teams through reliable systems and processes.

You will work closely with internal stakeholders across content, design, digital, events, brand and communications, acting as a key liaison to maintain continuity and momentum in project execution.

Project Setup & Coordination
  • Set up and organize marketing projects in Workfront, structuring workflows to provide clarity on task flow, ownership and timelines.
  • Monitor progress and proactively coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to keep deliverables on track.
Production Lifecycle Management
  • Drive smooth execution of marketing projects by managing workflows and ensuring process discipline.
  • Facilitate production meetings to align stakeholders and resolve bottlenecks.
Process & Improvement
  • Ensure adherence to standardized marketing processes and contribute to identifying and implementing improvements.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to maintain operational stability and optimize workflows.
Communication & Stakeholder Engagement
  • Act as a point of contact for project‑related queries and issue resolution.
  • Facilitate clear communication among team members and help ensure deadlines are met.
Growth & Exposure (as opportunities arise)
  • Provide project management support for go‑to‑market campaigns and internal transformation initiatives, including planning, tracking, and coordination of deliverables.
  • Participate in special projects and process improvement efforts to expand your skill set and professional experience.
What you’ll bring
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in marketing operations, project coordination or PMO functions.
  • Hands‑on experience with Workfront (strongly preferred). If not, strong hands‑on exposure to another project management and production workflow platform is required.
  • Understanding of marketing project types, production workflows and processes.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced, matrixed environment with high attention to detail.
  • Proactive problem‑solving skills and collaborative approach.
  • Experience working with content, creative and digital teams to deliver high‑quality outputs.
  • International collaboration skills and flexibility to connect with global teams as needed.
  • Project Management related and/or digital channels certification(s) a plus.
  • Technical acumen acquired through working on tools & platform related issues, integrations, automation etc.
  • Confidence and assertiveness to collaborate and build credibility with colleagues and senior leaders.
  • Fluency in English.
