Onsite Position

As a Senior Business Analyst specializing in Parts Distribution Platforms, you will help Komatsu to continue to enhance and evolve its Parts Distribution business. Use your industry insights to understand and enrich our product vision. Main tasks include performing detailed requirements analysis, documenting processes and changes, relaying requirements to downstream technical teams, and coordinating user acceptance testing. Strong communication, analytical thinking, and ability to learn complex business concepts are essential.

This role will be expected to be conversant in the following areas:

• eCommerce
• Parts ERP
• Warehouse Management
• Retail Inventory Management, especially using Synchron solutions
• Parts Pricing Management, especially using PTC Servigistics
• Parts Management, especially using PTC Servigistics
• Transportation Performance Management (TPM), especially using e2
  
  Open solutions
• Supply Chain Management, especially using INFOR Nexus solutions

• Partner with business stakeholders to identify and capture business requirements, including test cases, and document them in Azure Dev Ops (ADO).
• Analyze and document current processes, changes, and new processes, including cross‑functional impacts.
• Cascade requirements to downstream technical teams and provide explanations as needed.
• Author and update internal and external documentation, formally initiate and deliver requirements.
• Lead meetings such as business requirement reviews, testing engagements, etc.
• Actively participate in formal presentations to various management levels.
• Coordinate system/user testing as required; analyze and validate testing results.
• Support application users with questions about functionality adoption.
• Perform rules authoring to support business requirements.
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices in parts distribution platforms, application logging, monitoring, and observability.

• Bachelor's degree in information technology or related field.
• Minimum of five years of Business Analyst experience.
• Strong understanding of process engineering, re‑engineering, and optimization.
• Experience with industry parts distribution, ecommerce, and warehouse management platforms.
• Familiarity with Dev Ops platforms, epics/user stories/features/test cases, and requirement traceability.
• Track record of capturing, documenting, and communicating requirements for parts distribution platforms (domains include eCommerce, Parts ERP, Warehouse Management, Retail Inventory Management, Parts Pricing Management, Parts Management, TPM, Supply Chain Management).

Base pay: $120,000‑$130,000. Offer considers experience and location.
