Join our team as a Product Manager and lead the charge in enhancing our enterprise digital messaging platform. Collaborate with diverse teams across multiple locations to drive impactful projects and innovate solutions.

• Define and manage product requirements to align with business objectives and user needs.
• Lead product activities such as discovery, solutioning, and development management.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Analyze data to inform product decisions and create compelling narratives for stakeholders.
• Maintain transparency and clear communication through effective management of project timelines and dependencies.
• Engage in all project ceremonies and meetings to support agile development processes.

• 5+ years of experience in digital product management or agile software development.
• Strong ability to write detailed product requirements and manage product backlogs.
• Proficiency in project management tools like Jira and Confluence.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a focus on collaboration.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze data and use insights to drive product improvements.

• Experience with digital messaging platforms and customer engagement strategies.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
• Experience working with diverse teams across different geographical locations.

The pay range for this role is $40 - $76 per hour. This is not a guarantee of compensation, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
