Overview
As a Market Intelligence Analyst at INSIGHT2
PROFIT, you will support research and analytical initiatives that uncover insights and drive strategic decisions for clients. You will assist in developing survey instruments, summarizing qualitative and quantitative results, and contributing to the delivery of clear, actionable insights and recommendations. Working in a fast paced, collaborative environment, you will gain hands-on experience transforming data into client-ready analyses that inform pricing and growth strategies.

PROFIT’s market intelligence capabilities and help deliver measurable value to our clients.
- Assist with design and execution of primary research initiatives across both B2B and B2C markets, including developing quantitative surveys and qualitative interview discussion guides.
- Support or participate in in-depth interviews with industry experts and market participants to uncover insight into market dynamics, customer needs, and competitive positioning.
- Analyze survey data to extract key findings aligned with client business objectives; support with advanced statistical analyses such as conjoint, max-diff, and cluster analysis.
- Coordinate with external market research partners (e.g., expert networks, survey panel providers) as directed by project leads.
- Contribute to preparation of client-ready reports and presentations with synthesis of quantitative and qualitative data, delivering clear, actionable insights.
- Present research results effectively to internal INSIGHT2
PROFIT teams and client stakeholders. - Support business development initiatives through company, industry, and competitor research.
- Gather and evaluate information from secondary sources such as investor relations materials, government databases, news outlets, and trade publications.
Education:
Minimum
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Marketing, Statistics, Data Science, Psychology (Consumer or Industrial/Organizational), or other analytically rigorous field.
Work Experience
Minimum
At least 1 year of professional experience analyzing market research or commercial data (quantitative and qualitative), including work with surveys, expert interviews, or secondary data sources; an equivalent combination of professional experience, coursework, academic research, internships, or other directly relevant work may be considered.
Preferred- Proven experience executing market research projects from initiation through insight delivery - planning methodologies, managing data collection, and synthesizing results.
- Demonstrated experience presenting complex analysis to executive level clients is preferred.
- Experience analyzing and interpreting data across both B2B and B2C markets to identify trends, size opportunities, and inform strategic business decisions.
Required Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills, including working knowledge of basic statistical methods and data interpretation.
- Proficient in computer applications including Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex projects, prioritize tasks, and deliver high-quality work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Collaborative and proactive work style, with strong personal accountability, professional maturity, and drive to achieve results.
Compensation:
The annual salary range for this position is $72,500-$77,500, commensurate with skills and relevant experience. Employees may also be eligible to participate in the annual discretionary bonus program.
