Job Description

Your ability to build strong relationships, identify new business opportunities, and provide guidance to channel sales representatives will contribute to the company's overall growth and position it as a leader in the industry. You will report directly to our Sales Director and will work out of our United States location on a hybrid work schedule.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute channel sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, providing product training, support, and guidance.
  • Identify new business opportunities and collaborate with channel partners to deliver value-added solutions.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in account management or sales, with a proven track record of managing key accounts and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

The annual base salary range for this position is $100,000 - $124,000. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Honeywell considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate’s work experience, education and training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations.
