Senior Sales Manager – U.S. Market
Vaimo is a world‑renowned digital commerce and customer experience agency, leading the way in Digital Commerce, Content Management, Data Management, and Insights & Activation. We are looking for a Senior Sales Manager to join our U.S. team, driving new business growth across the U.S. market.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the entire sales process from first contact to signed agreement, working closely with the Commercial Director, Managing Director, and cross‑functional experts.
- Drive outbound lead generation in coordination with marketing initiatives and through relationship management.
- Qualify inbound leads, conduct customer meetings and workshops, and coordinate corporate events, conferences, and exhibitions.
- Build strong relationships with key partners and technology partners in conjunction with the Partner Manager.
- Manage client relationships, serve as the focal point of the relationship with Vaimo, and lead the RFI / RFP process.
- Project manage large sales processes and coordinate specialist contributors (Project Managers, Solution Architects, UX Designers, etc.) to deliver a holistic understanding of Vaimo’s business.
- Coordinate contractual negotiations, manage commercial discussions and agreements, document agreements, and ensure a solid hand‑off from pre‑sales to implementation teams.
- 6+ years of sales experience in a digital agency environment.
- Solid understanding and experience selling Digital Commerce, Content Management, Data Management, Insights, and Activation Projects.
- Demonstrated success leading a complex sales process with diverse customer stakeholders and decision makers.
- Proven ability to develop and manage a personal pipeline through proactive prospecting and relationship building.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
