About the Role

Are you a driven sales leader ready to make your mark in one of the world’s most dynamic tech markets? As our Regional Sales Manager for the Illinois area, you’ll be at the forefront of PCB Connect’s expansion in the USA. This is more than a sales job — it’s a strategic growth opportunity where your insights, relationships, and leadership will directly shape our future.

You’ll collaborate with the USA Lead and our global sales force to craft and execute bold strategies, unlock new business, and deepen customer partnerships. If you thrive in a fast-paced, international environment and love turning potential into performance, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities
  • Champion PCB Connect’s growth by driving sales and securing new business.
  • Design and deliver a high-impact sales plan aligned with our global vision.
  • Cultivate long‑term relationships with key customers and industry influencers.
  • Share market intelligence, trends, and risks with our global sales network.
  • Partner with the USA Team and CEO to meet ambitious financial targets.
  • Ensure all operations comply with company policies and U.S. regulations.
Qualifications
  • Proven success in sales management, ideally within the electronics or PCB industry.
  • Deep understanding of printed circuit boards and customer needs.
  • Strategic mindset with a knack for optimizing sales processes.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Familiarity with U.S. business laws and compliance standards.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience in a fast‑paced, international environment.
  • Ability to turn potential into performance.
