Position OverviewThe National Sales Manager assists in developing and implementing product growth strategies in conjunction with Product Management, focusing on sales growth and market share gain opportunities with new and existing customers. The role manages the sales effectiveness of independent reps and ensures the sales funnel remains on track to meet budget expectations. The primary focus is the Commercial Sinks product line.
EssentialJob Functions
- Responsible for all Zurn Elkay commercial sinks business development, working with the Sales Team to deliver
- Develop, align, and supervise execution of strategic plans to achieve sales targets with Directors and the Regional team
- Assist Directors & Finance in commercial sink sales forecasting
- Develop and maintain strong key relationships with large commercial sink customers
- Collaborate and assist with Area Manager Sales team to deliver commercial sinks budget
- Work with Product Management to identify gaps and new opportunities in the commercial sinks business
- Assist in developing commercial sink product training to communicate the value proposition
- Bachelor's degree with a focus on Marketing, Engineering, Business, or related discipline required
- 5+ years of related sales and/or product management experience in the field
- Experience with water management and plumbing products

Travel: 50%
Base Salary Range: $113,000 - $155,000
