The US Card Outbound Correspondence platform is at the heart of delivering critical communications – from the credit cards in our customers' wallets to their essential statements and letters. We build the cutting-edge platform capabilities that ensure these billions of pieces of correspondence are produced and delivered seamlessly.
As a Product Manager on our Outbound Correspondence team, you won't just manage; you'll innovate. You'll own the complete product lifecycle, from initial ideation to development and launch, specifically driving the modernization of the core technology that powers our credit card production. You'll be a central figure, collaborating across diverse teams, including Software Engineers and Architects to key partners in Supply Chain, Operations, and various business stakeholders.
Your mission will be to deeply understand both internal and external customer needs, translating them into innovative new capabilities that not only optimize but transform our credit card production.
We're seeking a visionary Product Manager who blends robust product management expertise with a keen understanding of data systems, processing, and, most importantly, user needs. Your ability to navigate complex stakeholder landscapes and demonstrate strong matrixed leadership across numerous internal and external partners will be crucial to your success.

* Basic Qualifications:
*** At least 3 years of experience working in Product Management
* Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining one of the following with an expectation that the required degree will be obtained on or before the scheduled start date:
+ A Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field) + A Master's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field) or an MBA with a quantitative concentration

*** Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer facing digital products

* The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Capital One is willing to pay at the time of this posting. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked.
Chicago, IL: $144,000 - $164,400 for Manager, Product Management Mc Lean , VA: $158,400 - $180,800 for Manager, Product Management New York, NY: $172,800 - $197,200 for Manager, Product Management Richmond, VA: $144,000 - $164,400 for Manager, Product Management Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location, and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidate’s offer letter.
This role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI). Incentives could be discretionary or non discretionary depending on the plan.
