• Conduct thorough deal reviews to evaluate deal structure, terms, discount requests, and revenue implications
• Configure quotes and manage deal approvals in CPQ systems, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
• Collaborate with Finance, Legal, and Revenue Operations to resolve deal blockers and obtain necessary approvals
• Provide guidance and recommendations to sales teams on deal structuring and pricing options
• Identify opportunities to improve deal desk processes and workflows to support business growth

• 4-5 years of experience in Deal Desk in a high-growth SaaS environment
• Strong understanding of B2B quote-to-cash processes and deal segmentation strategies
• Proficient with CPQ tools; experience with Dealhub is a plus
• Salesforce experience required, with ability to build reports and dashboards
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field

• Comfortable with B2B SaaS metrics, such as TCV, ACV, and ARR
• Strong analytical problem-solver with ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in a virtual environment
• Ability to work independently with minimal guidance and proactively manage tasks
