Associate Financial Analyst

Job Overview

We’re searching for an Associate Financial Analyst to join our FP&A team in a hybrid work environment at our Chicago (West Loop) office.

• Maintain the financial planning tool for the enterprise
• Help create Board and Operating materials on a monthly/quarterly basis
• Maintain financial models to support product/new business initiatives, budgeting, and forecasting
• Automate and streamline monthly reporting
• Support consolidation and reporting of operational data and metrics while providing insights and driving measurable results through strong influencing and collaboration skills
• Interpret data into actionable items and collaborate with cross‑functional partners to drive measurable results with a sense of urgency
• Lead development and enhancement of dashboards and reporting packages to drive improved business results

Required:

• BS/BA in finance, business, or a related field
• 1+ years of related FP&A and business partnership experience
• Excel expertise, with the ability to build and manage complex models
• Ability to communicate effectively across multiple levels of an organization
• Excellent with numbers, math & logic

Targeted starting base salary in the United States: $65,000 – $79,000. Compensation may include additional plans such as bonus and commission.
