Base pay range

$45,000.00/yr - $60,000.00/yr

We’re looking for an organized, curious, and proactive team member who’s excited to learn the inner workings of a growing business. If you’re someone who likes variety in your day, enjoys keeping things running smoothly, and wants exposure to different sides of a business, this is for you. This role reports directly to the CEO.

Job Responsibilities
  • Help manage the CEO’s calendar and inbox, to prioritize tasks and communications.
  • Support ad-hoc projects for the CEO.
  • Act as Chief of Staff for the CEO. Research the prospects and find valuable insight that helps drive the conversations to success.
  • Use Quick Books to categorize bank transactions, reconcile accounts, and manage vendor and employee profiles.
  • Run biweekly payroll and help maintain employee benefits such as healthcare and retirement plans.
  • Assist with screening candidates. Onboard and offboard employees as needed.
  • Plan and coordinate four company social events each year - finding venues and managing event details.
  • Help with day-to-day office operations and logistics.
  • Marketing assistant.

  • Exceptional communicator and listener.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
  • Comfortable juggling a variety of responsibilities.
  • One year of office experience.
