LaSalle Network is hiring a Product Manager to join a growing team in Chicago. This direct‑hire opportunity allows you to own meaningful product initiatives and influence roadmap decisions from day one. You’ll work closely with engineering, design, and leadership to deliver products that drive measurable business impact.

• Lead cross‑functional teams through the full product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and iteration.
• Own and maintain the product roadmap, aligning priorities with company strategy.
• Write clear user stories and product requirements for engineering and design teams.
• Define KPIs, track product performance, and adjust strategy based on insights.
• Communicate updates and documentation clearly to stakeholders.
• Champion customer needs through research, interviews, and analytics.

• 4+ years of experience as a Product Manager with end‑to‑end ownership.
• Experience supporting web, desktop and/or mobile applications.
• Strong communication, organization, and prioritization skills.
• Analytical, problem‑solving mindset with comfort navigating ambiguity.
• Ability to work fully onsite in Chicago, Monday through Friday.
