Hunter Shore Group has partnered with a heritage B2B ingredients company, currently undertaking a transformation of its end to end supply chain. Recently added to the portfolio of a leading private equity firm, the company is still in the early stages of a multi-year journey to create a best in class Procurement function. In this high impact role, you will have the opportunity to drive real change, deliver significant value to the organisation and build a long-term legacy.

• Work closely with the company’s leadership team to evaluate and evolve the existing Procurement function
• Build credible relationships with stakeholders across the organisation, demonstrating the value that Procurement can deliver
• Build meaningful, long-term roadmaps, whilst creating new processes and policies designed to ensure high-levels of compliance
• Coach and develop the existing Procurement team, whilst assessing the organisation design to ensure the function is fit for the future
• Lead the company’s environmental sustainability pillar across key sourcing areas

• 15+ years of experience in sourcing, ideally in Food, Manufacturing or related industries
• A track record of designing and building Procurement functions, and leading high performing teams
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Supply Chain or Operations Management. Master’s Degrees preferred
