Job Description
Cintas is seeking an Implementation Project Specialist L1 to develop RFP/RFI/No‑bid responses on behalf of the division. Responsibilities include managing non‑exclusive product customer projects (all onboarding activities), developing profit models and support pricing, working with Account Management to develop an initial forecast, gathering and confirming customer requirements, business process set‑up, program launch and post‑launch activities, and assisting the Implementation Project Managers and Directors in completing responsibilities related to qualifying and implementing opportunities.

Skills / Qualifications- High School Diploma/GED;
Bachelor’s Degree preferred - Valid driver’s license
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and intranet/internet
- Minimum 1 year administrative experience
- Ability to travel up to 5% of the time
- Minimum 1 year project coordination experience

A reasonable estimate of base salary for this role ranges between $59,400 - $75,900 per year. The range takes into account factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, and other business and organizational needs. Please note, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each decision.
