Why This Role Is ValuableThe Chief of Staff - North America is a key partner to the executive leadership team at Revantage, providing critical support across a wide range of initiatives. This role drives strategic planning, oversees cross‑functional initiatives, manages client meeting preparation, assists with budget and resource management, improves both internal and external communications. Success in this position demands strong leadership, excellent communication, and advanced project management skills to enable effective decision‑making, optimise operations, and boost overall organisational performance.

- Identify organisational issues, friction points, and potential roadblocks
- Prioritise and strategically align executives’ time with those priorities, revisiting them regularly to assess progress
- Enable strategic decision‑making through research to identify emerging trends, best practices, and opportunities as directed
- Provide day‑to‑day management and operational support, and monitor critical KPIs and organisational priorities
- Partner with executive leadership to develop and execute annual and mid‑year strategic plans
- Develop and manage internal communications strategies to enhance transparency and engagement
- Prepare quarterly and annual highlight decks for executive and shareholder presentations
- Support external communications in partnership with the communications team
- Support quarterly and annual financial reviews and highlight decks for internal and shareholder reporting
- Prepare the executives for meetings, ensuring relevant materials, agendas, and talking points are aligned with strategic objectives
- Deliver the effective planning and preparation of senior executive meetings, such as off‑sites and leadership meetings
- Design and develop presentation materials for enterprise‑level communications (Portfolio Company and Town Hall meetings)
- Collaborate with the People & Culture team on employee engagement initiatives and communication
