The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's or higher degree in Electrical, Computer, Mechanical Engineering, or Computer Science. They must possess patent preparation and prosecution experience in software, computer science, electrical, or mechanical fields. Candidates must also hold a Juris Doctor degree, be licensed to practice law in good standing in one or more jurisdictions where the firm operates, and maintain all applicable license renewal and CLE requirements.
