As a Wealth Management Consultant, you will play an integral role in shaping the future of wealth management for our clients and our firm. You will lead transformative projects that deliver measurable impact and strengthen our reputation as trusted advisors.

- Ability to manage and establish trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders
- Demonstrate the ability to perform effectively in cross‑functional teams
- Understanding of our clients' unique ambitions and needs and ability to broaden business relationships
- Drive high‑quality work products within expected time frames and on budget
- Project delivery skills including scoping, collaborating, subject‑matter expertise, and managing engagement work streams
- Passion for the Wealth Management industry, with a preference toward previous industry experience
- A bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting, computer science, engineering, or a related field; MBA or MS degree preferred
- 4–6 years of relevant experience (preferred includes skills below)
- Strong experience in Wealth Management (business, operations, or IT)
- 3+ years of consulting, industry and/or service provider experience
- Performance Improvement / Operations experience
- Project Manager / Workstream lead experience
- Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, client service and technical writing skills, coupled with a strong interest in further developing industry and deep content knowledge in the wealth management area
- Participation in technology‑enabled business transformations and experience with Agile, including, but not limited to, business requirements, user experience design, product testing, project management, etc.
- Process improvement mindset going above and beyond to identify operational inefficiencies and taking steps to improve processes and automating repetitive tasks
- Ability to synthesize complex information into clear, concise findings tailored for executive‑level audiences and decision‑makers
- Experience in project planning, status reporting, RAID logs, Business Process Reviews, requirement gathering, process flows, trade operations, reconciliation, derivative operations, collateral management, corporate actions, data management, etc.
- Ability and comfort level researching client inquiries and emerging issues, including regulations, industry practices, and new technologies
- Willingness to work in person (EY office and/or client site) 3 days a week
- Willingness to travel to meet client needs and a valid driver's license and passport required
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel

What We Offer You- Comprehensive compensation and benefits package: base salary range $97,300–$178,300 across US locations, $116,700–$202,600 for wider metro areas. Total Rewards include medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k), paid time off, etc.
