Account Manager – Redwood Supply Chain Solutions

Purpose of Your WorkAs an Account Manager, you will manage a portfolio of customers, focusing on retention, strategic planning, and performance optimization.
Responsibilities- Client Portfolio Management
- Own and manage a diverse client portfolio, focusing on customer retention and health
- Maintain proactive communication cadences and lead strategic business reviews
- Establish operating rhythms with customers to support planning and alignment
- Operational Excellence & Escalation Management
- Resolve escalations using continuous improvement frameworks
- Ensure SLA adherence and cross‑functional collaboration across operations, finance, and implementation teams
- Performance & Reporting
- Monitor KPIs, conduct account reviews, and maintain Tableau dashboards
- Oversee customer health metrics and contribute to margin optimization
- Insights & Data Stewardship
- Manage client documentation via Confluence and Salesforce
- Produce static and dynamic TMS reporting and collaborate with Engineering on analytics
- Customer Satisfaction & Implementation
- Execute customer surveys and lead action plans based on feedback
- Guide client implementations for seamless transitions and clear communication
- Bachelor’s degree required; willing to travel up to 30%
- Strong knowledge of transportation modes and experience with TMS platforms (Mercury Gate, Oracle TM, etc.)
- Data analysis skills and storytelling through metrics; proficiency with Microsoft Office and remote collaboration tools
- Proven success in building customer and internal relationships, delivering service, and responding to high‑pressure needs
- Multitasking, prioritization, and solutions‑focused communication skills

This position is full‑time and hybrid, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM with a one‑hour break. Flexibility is available based on coverage.
Compensation Range$60,000 – $80,000 per year, with eligibility for annual incentives based on performance.
