WHY WE THINK YOU WILL LOVE THIS ROLEAssociate Manager, Brand Partnerships & Licensing will sit within our Brand Partnerships team. This unique role’s primary focus will be to support the Happy Meal Brand Partnerships team and the Manager, Brand Partnerships & Licensing (who you will report to) in driving projects from licensing and planning. You will be at the heart of Happy Meal process, supporting the development of BIG Ideas, partner sourcing and program development.

MainResponsibilities
- Support building the Brand Partnerships Department – focusing on trend spotting and a deep understanding of the key industries that we work on.
- Gather data and insights to develop strategic reporting materials (internal & external) to educate and share knowledge and how this impacts our business.
- Support during Planning Process working with internal stakeholders (agency partners & team members) to meet milestones & deliverables.
- Provide data & insights to position tms as the key stakeholder when it comes to industry expertise.
- Book meetings, manage agendas, and take minutes.
- Create and manage multi‑disciplinary timelines for all global Happy Meal projects, working with delivery leads to ensure they are accurate, achievable, aligned and updated.
- +2 years of relevant experience in Project Management and/or Account Management.
- A motivated person who approaches new tasks with enthusiasm and willingness to learn.
- Highly organized with the ability to prioritize a fast‑paced workload to meet multiple deadlines.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to work well under pressure and maintain a calm approach to busy situations with an ability to multi‑task effectively.
- Process‑driven mindset – able to work within guidelines and to tight timelines.
- Experience of projects with complex dependencies and/or multi‑disciplinary outputs.
- Curious and motivated to get into the detail, understand and resolve stakeholder challenges.
- Excellent digital literacy and computer skills, especially with MS Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Any of the following would be a plus:
- Experience working on a global team.
- Familiarity with online database platforms and tools to support data management.
Starting salary between $62,500 - $72,500
