Client Executive

NTT DATA Services seeks a Client Executive to join our Mid-Market team in the Chicago metro area. This role works at client sites and remotely, with travel to other sites as required.

The Client Executive is accountable for the P&L, revenue growth, and client satisfaction of all assigned accounts. They define and execute growth strategies, forecast revenue, achieve financial targets, deliver service excellence, and ensure overall client satisfaction. The role works with indirect team members overseeing delivery of complex, multi-disciplinary solutions, and interfaces with executives at all levels.

• Excel at client management – grow and improve client/customer relationships, implement change, and leverage technology.
• Understand competitors, their client sponsors, agendas, and devise counter‑strategies.
• Navigate and influence Mid‑Market clients at C‑Level.
• Manage P&L of $3 million+ with strong forecasting and growth strategies.
• Create deals that align with client business objectives and close from initiation to execution.
• Create awareness and interest in NTT DATA Services and develop strategic account plans.
• Develop collaborative relationships to create new, marketable solutions and offerings.

• Minimum 3 years of client‑management experience, with ability to grow and improve relationships, implement change, and leverage technology.

The starting pay range for this role is $135,000–$200,000 per year, with potential incentive compensation based on performance.
