Hybrid (3 days in office – Mon / Tues / Thurs)

Soni’s client is seeking a Senior Revenue Manager to join a high-impact Revenue Growth Management team within a leading CPG organization. This newly created role will focus on shaping pricing and trade strategy to drive profitable growth. The ideal candidate is analytical, collaborative, and comfortable jumping in quickly while partnering cross-functionally to influence key commercial decisions.

Responsibilities of the Senior Revenue Manager:
  • Lead pricing and trade strategy using Circana (IRI) PTA and BVD tools to optimize trade investment and improve ROI.
  • Support price‑pack architecture, list pricing, and promotional guardrails aligned to consumer thresholds and margin goals.
  • Analyze promotional performance and model future scenarios to guide trade planning and funding allocation.
  • Partner with Sales, Finance, Marketing, and Category Leadership to deliver actionable, data‑driven recommendations.
  • Track and report key RGM metrics including trade ROI, elasticity, mix, and margin impact.
  • Build dashboards and analytical tools to support decision-making.
  • Drive continuous improvement of revenue management processes and tools.
  • Provide clear POV on business impacts related to pricing, trade, and innovation.
Requirements of the Senior Revenue Manager:
  • 7+ years of experience in Revenue Management, Pricing, Trade Strategy, Analytics, Sales, or Finance
    .
  • Proven experience implementing pricing actions and optimizing trade spend.
  • Strong understanding of consumer behavior, pricing thresholds, and elasticity.
  • Circana (IRI) experience required (flexible for exceptional candidates).
  • Advanced Excel and analytical modeling skills.
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands‑on execution.
  • Strong communicator with a collaborative, no‑ego approach.
Preferred Skills of the Senior Revenue Manager:
  • Experience with Numerator
    .
  • Trade Management System experience.
  • Background in CPG or similar consumer industries.

Compensation: $130,000 to $145,000 base + 20% bonus

Compensation is based on experience, skills, and job‑related qualifications.
