Crafted Highlights

As a Category Management Analyst in Chicago, you will design category solutions in collaboration with Category Insight Executives to drive commercial effectiveness aligned with channel strategies. This role reports to the Sr. Manager, Category Solutions and works closely with America’s Commercial Accelerator and National Account Food teams.

What You’ll Be Brewing
  • Provides critical insights and analytical support with the Category Insight & Chain teams to drive the customer’s beer category & capturing a disproportionate share of growth
  • Provide understanding of category, channel, and shopper insights to sales teams through syndicated & internal data and how that aligns with retailer’s strategy & business goals
  • General performance reporting – to track, measure, and communicate results
  • You love a challenge. You complete complex projects quickly and adeptly with your understanding of the business priorities. You act with appropriate urgency to various market events and trends that require a quick turnaround in plans and strategy
  • You are confident and competent. You are diplomatic, professional and exercise great judgment in developing and maintaining excellent business relationships within the business
  • You are serious about results and take pride in a proven track record in delivering.
  • You have a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or other relevant field;
  • You have at least 2 years' experience in data analysis and/or category/space management in the consumer or direct store delivery industries;

Pay and Benefits

Salary range: $69,800.00 – $91,600.00 (posting salary range). Salary is based on factors including work location, experience, skill set and internal equity.

Benefits include annual incentive plans, health, dental, vision, retirement with above-market employer match, paid time off (vacation, holidays, sick), wellness incentives, Employee Assistance Program (EAP), and more.
