Program Management Specialist 1 (2026 New Grads!)
CDM Smith is seeking an entry-level Program Management Support professional to join our Program Services Group. Recent graduates will apply analytical and problem‑solving skills to tackle complex challenges for clients.
Responsibilities & Skills- Capacity to analyze data, identify trends, and propose solutions.
- Plan, organize, and track multiple tasks ensuring alignment with timelines and objectives.
- Clear written and verbal communication for status updates and team collaboration.
- Adaptability in resolving issues and quick learner to absorb new technical information and processes.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Domestic and/or international travel may be required.
Illinois – Chicago.
Travel Required10%.
Pay Range- $59,426 – $98,051.
Successful candidate will be required to work in office and field locations as needed.
