Operations Manager
This is a position within Keller Executive Search and not with one of its clients. Team Deputy Manager partners with cross-functional teammates to deliver timely, high-quality internal service in Chicago. The role is part of Keller Executive Search’s internal organization and supporting a growing team with evolving priorities. Day-to-day work includes practical problem solving, clear communication, and measurable progress on defined goals.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare meeting agendas, notes, and action logs; drive closure on assignments.
- Assist with onboarding and internal communications for the local office.
- Track milestones, risks, and dependencies; elevate issues with context.
- Create simple reporting that helps leaders make timely decisions.
- Support team planning, scheduling, and follow-through across active work streams.
- Use tools such as Google Workspace to track work, report progress, and maintain documentation.
- Clear written communication and confident stakeholder interaction.
- Strong organization skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Prior experience coordinating teams or projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfort handling sensitive information with discretion.
- Experience coaching peers or coordinating small teams to deliver outcomes on time.
- Demonstrated capability in performance tracking.
- Salary range: 105,
