Role Overview

The Strategic Business أعراض manager serves as the driving force behind PV&COHO’s growth initiatives. This individual is tasked with proactively opening doors and cultivating new opportunities for the agency. Reporting directly to the CEO, the Strategic Business Development Manager acts as a dedicated hunter, focusing on securing net new accounts, generating top‑of‑funnel activity, and supporting the early stages of the sales pipeline in line with the agency’s 2026 sales strategy.

In this role, the Strategic Business Development Manager will work in close collaboration with the Global Strategy Directors, maintaining a primary emphasis on acquiring net new accounts. The position is ideally suited for someone who exhibits a hunter mentality—proactive, persistent, and possessing a curious sales mindset. The successful candidate will be adept at identifying new opportunities, building initial relationships, and maintaining consistent momentum with prospective clients.

The overarching focus of this role is to drive net new growth, generate top‑of‑funnel activity, and initiate relationships with brands that PV&COHO aspires to partner with.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify, prospect, and engage new target accounts through outbound outreach (both cold and dormant contacts), networking, and marketing decadent leads
  • Secure first meetings and build a strong, consistent early‑stage pipeline
  • Spark initial relationships with key stakeholders and decision‑makers across priority net new and dormant accounts
  • Maintain accurate, timely CRM records in Hub Spot to ensure visibility and momentum across the pipeline
  • Track pipeline activity, forecast performance, and meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Contribute to predictable revenue growth by consistently expanding the top of the funnel.
  • Partner closely with marketing and senior strategy leaders to align outreach with agency priorities
KPIs & Performance Expectations

Meetings Secured Per Quarter

  • Q1 Goal (Ramp‑Up): 20 net new meetings
  • Q2+ Goal: 30 net new meetings per quarter

(Average: 10+ new business meetings per month)

Pipeline & Activity Metrics
  • Early‑stage pipeline growth:
    Number of qualified net new opportunities opened
  • Tracker accuracy: 100% timely CRM updates and activity logging
  • Conversion:
    Rate at which first meetings convert into follow‑up conversations
  • Forecast contribution:
    Demonstrate impact on top‑of‑funnel expansion
Ideal Candidate Profile
  • 2‑4 years of experience in sales or business development, ideally within professional services, consulting, or B2B industries.
  • Hunter mindset, proactive, persistent, self‑driven, and energized Drug by generating new opportunities.
  • A natural connector with strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
  • Comfortable researching, prioritizing, and pursuing high‑value target accounts.
  • CRM experience required;
    Hub Spot preferred.
  • Curious, energetic, and motivated by ambitious growth goals.
