We are seeking a Business and Operational Resilience Consultant to support enterprise continuity, resilience operations, raggi system administration activities. This role is ideal for someone who excels in data accuracy, cross‑functional collaboration, and working within modern resiliency frameworks.

• Assist in developing and implementing the Operational Resilience Framework, including identifying and documenting Important Business Services (IBS).
• Review, validate, and upload
  
  IRO Business Continuity data into Fusion Risk Management
  .
• Support ongoing system administration tasks within the Fusion platform.
• Develop clear, user‑friendly documentation, SOPs, and training materials for end users.
• Create reports to track resiliency(Have progress, compliance metrics, and stakeholder insights).
• Ensure timely completion of system‑driven tasks and provide regular updates on progress, risks, and issues.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify gaps, propose solutions, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Participate in agile ceremonies and contribute to ongoing process optimization.

• 3–5 years of experience in Business Continuity
  , Operational Resilience
  , or system administration
  .
• Experience with Business Continuity Planning tools;
  Fusion Risk Management strongly preferred.
• Hands‑on experience with data validation, data migration, and importing/exporting datasets.
• Strong understanding of Operational Resilience concepts, especially IBS.
• Excellent organizational and time?management skills, with the ability to prioritize competing tasks.
• Analytical mindset with strong problem‑solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint violin).
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent relevant experience.

• Fully remote; must be able to work EST or CST hours.
• Dynamic, collaborative environment with exposure to cross‑functional teams.
