Senior Customer Relationship Manager
Join Cintas as a Senior Customer Relationship Manager. The role serves as a liaison between customers, sales and all business units, managing business relationships to ensure accurate and timely program implementation, increased penetration and retention, account management, growth profitability, execution of marketing strategy, sales, and inventory management.

Skills / Qualifications- High School Diploma/GED;
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing or other relevant discipline preferred - Minimum 4 years account management or project management experience
- Minimum 1 year management/leadership experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and intranet/internet
- Experience in problem resolution with collaboration
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to travel up to 20%, including overnight
- Experience developing and/or executing a sales/marketing plan
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Access

Estimated base salary ranges from $89,100 to $115,500 per year, with an annual target bonus based on performance, location, division, and company factors.
