Your role as a Project Training Specialist Key responsibilities About the roleThe position will play an important role in developing and executing operational training. This role will support existing sites as well as new sites with creating and executing (annual) training plans, receiving direction from the Regional Training Manager North America and working closely with QESH, Implementation, Operations, and Global Learning & Development to ensure training needs are met regionally.
Main tasks and responsibilities- Develop and execute training plans and provide excellent operational training
- Update and maintain all regional training plans
- Provide excellent non‑operational training and any other business required training
- Create, update and maintain training materials
- Perform evaluations validating the effectiveness and usefulness of training
- Identify training gaps and develop action plans to address
- Train and mentor others in the use of training tools and techniques to create a culture of growth while improving safety, quality, delivery, and cost
- Participate in new projects and complete all required training plans
- Provide Learning Management Systems (LMS) support to sites
- Drive continuous improvement on all training related topics
- Travel to sites within relevant region (up to 25‑30%)

Who we are looking forWe are seeking motivated and forward‑thinking individuals who thrive in collaborative and fast‑moving environments. Our ideal candidate has:
Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business, Training & Development, HR, or related field (or equivalent experience - Min 4 years).
- Proven experience in providing training, training coordination or support within a project environment.
- Strong organizational L&D and project management skills.
- Proficiency with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e‑learning tools.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills, demonstrated ability to develop positive working relationships supporting collaborative work across teams.
- Willingness to travel across North America
- Familiarity with logistics, warehousing, or supply chain industries.
- Previous experience with LMS, WMS, or other operational software.
- Certification in Training is a plus
