The General Management Trainee (GMT) Associate participates in a 12‑month rotational program designed for recent college graduates and early‑career professionals. The program includes cross‑functional business rotations that provide operational, sales, and shared‑services experience. Practical work is complemented by professional development, mentorship, executive networking, and a dedicated program manager to guide GMTs through onboarding, assimilation, performance, development and transition into management positions.

The GMT program offers the opportunity to develop a strong understanding of the business, be involved in projects key to evolving operations, demonstrate leadership skills, grow managerial capabilities, and establish a strong network throughout the organization. Upon successful completion, GMTs are eligible for placement into front‑line leadership roles, offering accelerated career paths within operations.

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, business management, or related field
• Minimum GPA of 3.0 театpreferred

• Hiring range: $50,000.00–$70,000.00 annually
