** The Role*
* The Facilities Manager supports owned, managed, and franchised hotels across the Americas to ensure facilities are maintained in compliance with Hyatt standards, regulatory requirements, and sustainability objectives. Reporting to the Regional Vice President of Facilities, this position combines technical expertise with administrative coordination to drive operational excellence, consistency, and efficiency across hotel facilities and regional programs.

** Responsibilities*
* -Provide guidance and oversight to hotel engineering and facilities teams to ensure compliance with Hyatt standards, preventive maintenance programs, and regulatory requirements.

-Conduct property assessments and audits focused on life safety, asset management, and operational performance.

-Analyze facility data, KPIs, and project outcomes to identify opportunities for improvement, cost efficiency, and sustainability gains.

-Support hotel teams with issue resolution, technical consultation, and performance follow-up.

-Review and monitor energy, water, and waste metrics; assist in achieving corporate environmental and cost-reduction targets.

-Manage vendor documentation and service level agreements (SLAs).
