Oliver Wyman’s Private Equity team in North America is looking to hire consultants to support its rapid growth. The team works with private equity investors throughout the deal transaction lifecycle: from opportunity identification through due diligence and post‑transaction value realization. The team is looking for experienced professionals who are already working in or are interested in focusing on one or a subset of various industries, serving private equity clients. These industries include:

• Professional working experience with commercial due diligence in a management consulting firm.
• Experience across or within industries within Private Equity.
• Knowledge and in‑depth experience with customer research techniques (interviews, surveys, focus groups, etc.).
• Strong background in strategic problem solving with demonstrable analytical skills.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in both formal and informal settings.
• Fluent in English.
• Undergraduate or advanced degree from a strong academic program.
• Initiative, willingness to learn new skills and apply existing ones.
• Creativity to develop novel solutions to client problems.
• Aptitude for analytical work, including mining insights from large data sets.
• Willingness to work fluidly and respectfully with a talented team.

The applicable base salary range for this role is $135,000 - $195,000. The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, and education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements.
