- 6 years of experience in management consulting, sales operations, business strategy, investment banking, venture capital, private equity, or corporate advisory, or 4 years of experience with an advanced degree.

In this role, you will support the Global Clients and Agency Solutions (GCAS) sales and GTM leadership by identifying current and emerging client needs across critical commercial programs and driving the strategy and activation of these programs to accelerate business growth. You will collaborate with executive internal business partners, run the business cadence, help the organization navigate internal complexities, and partner with regional and GTM teams to shape future agreements and incentive programs.
You will also drive continuous operational improvements while playing a critical role within the GCAS GTM team, enabling the activation and execution of flagship commercial programs with global advertisers and partners.
The Go‑to‑Market Operations (GtM) team ensures Google's complex and ever‑evolving Ads business runs smoothly. Team members are analytical and strategic, with a pragmatic sense of how to get things done.
Salary InformationFor United States Applicants:
The US base salary range for this full‑time position is $147,000–$216,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. For Canada Applicants:
The Canada base salary range is CAD 150,000–154,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Base salary reflects only the fixed component; bonuses, equity, and benefits are additional.
- Develop cross‑functional plans and deliver critical insights and recommendations that shape GCAS commercial and incentive strategy.
- Build cross‑functional partnerships across Google sales, sales operations, finance, accounting, marketing, legal, contracts, and other teams to influence executive stakeholders through sound strategy development and program management.
- Collaborate with global and regional teams on pilots, program assessments, and partner engagements to accelerate global business.
- Partner with GPS and regional GTM to improve processes and operational infrastructure, ensuring commercial operational cadence, accountability, and tracking to enable cross‑functional decision‑making.
