As a Real Estate Operations Senior Analyst
, you will help drive operational excellence and strategic insight across our global real‑estate portfolio. This role offers a unique opportunity to blend analytics, process improvement, and strategic storytelling to support senior leadership decisions on footprint optimization, capital investments, and workplace strategy.

This position is ideal for someone early in their career—motivated, analytical, and eager to learn how real estate, strategy, financials, and business operations intersect in a global organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive Lean Process Improvements: Support implementation of Lean operating mechanisms across GRE functions, identifying process bottlenecks and helping develop continuous improvement tools and dashboards.
  • Portfolio Strategy Support: Assist in running regional and global portfolio strategy reviews by coordinating inputs, validating key metrics, and preparing summary insights for leadership discussions.
  • Data & Metric Integrity: Maintain accuracy and consistency in GRE’s key performance indicators, including footprint, utilization, and financial metrics.
  • Strategic Planning: Contribute to annual and long‑term strategy cycles by developing analytics, scenario models, and executive‑ready presentations.
  • Executive Reviews: Support preparation of operating reviews, capital council updates, and leadership briefings—helping transform complex data into clear, actionable insights.
  • Project Management: Participate in key real‑estate project teams and provide deal and transaction support.
  • Cross‑Functional

    Collaboration:

    Partner with Finance, Facilities, and Operations teams globally to align business needs with real‑estate portfolio strategy.
Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college (Business, Finance, Real Estate, Economics, or related field).
  • 1–2 years of experience in real‑estate, finance, strategy, operations, or related analytical roles.
  • Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills, with an ability to synthesize and visualize complex information.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced, matrixed environment.

Desired:

  • Exposure to financial modeling or real‑estate portfolio analytics.
  • Knowledge of Lean or continuous improvement principles.
  • Experience preparing leadership presentations or dashboards.
  • Strong interest in global business operations and corporate real‑estate portfolio management.
