Job Profile

Summary:

The Sr. Project Advisor will contribute to high priority, high visibility transformation initiatives for the Mobility & Convenience (M&C) Americas business, reporting to the Head of Change & Project Management.

Key Accountabilities
  • Project Strategy & Planning:
    Develop and implement project plans that align with organizational goals. Collaborate with interested parties to define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria.
  • Stakeholder Engagement:
    Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Communicate project progress, risks, and changes effectively to ensure alignment and buy‑in.
  • Risk Management:

    Proactively identify potential project risks and issues, implementing mitigation strategies to ensure timely project delivery while minimizing disruptions.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:

    Lead cross-functional teams to drive project success. Ensure all dependencies, achievements, and deliverables are met in accordance with the project timeline and scope.
  • Performance Monitoring:
    Track project performance against established metrics, providing regular updates and reports to senior management. Analyze key performance indicators to drive continuous improvement.
  • Resource Coordination:
    Manage internal and external resources effectively, ensuring optimal utilization for project execution. Oversee project budgets, financial forecasting, and resource allocation.
  • Process Improvement:
    Conduct thorough analysis of workflows to identify inefficiencies and recommend actionable improvements. Facilitate sessions to engage customers in process redesign and operational enhancement.
  • Business Readiness:
    Coordinate change management initiatives, including updates to processes and training sessions to ensure team readiness for new implementations.
  • Leadership Development:
    Mentor and guide project team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability. Set clear goals, provide constructive feedback, and support professional development.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in project management, program management, or business analysis, preferably in a complex organizational environment.
  • PMP certification or other relevant project management certification, a plus.
  • Change management (e.g., Prosci, CCMP) certification or other relevant change management certification, a plus.
  • Proven track record in stakeholder management and relationship building, with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Experience managing operational, program, and/or project financial budgets.
  • High-level proficiency in Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Project. Power BI a plus.
  • Knowledge of fuels marketing, sales operations, and/or retail convenience, a plus.

Compensation:
Base salary range is $67,000 – $120,000. Eligible for a comprehensive benefits package including paid vacation (120–240 hours for full‑time, 60–240 hours for part‑time), 9 paid holidays, personal choice holidays, parental leave up to 8 weeks, discretionary annual bonus, long‑term incentive, 401(k) matching, pension for eligible employees, health, vision, dental, life and short‑term/long‑term disability coverage.
