Manager, Packaging – Corrugate Procurement at Kraft Heinz

The Manager, Corrugate Packaging Procurement will report into the Group Lead, Paper NA Procurement and will interact closely with cross‑functional teams. As the Manager, Packaging – Corrugate, you will lead all strategic planning and sourcing activities for the corrugate packaging category, with a total spend of ~$250MM across the Kraft Heinz NA enterprise. You will drive program compliance, create value through Supplier and Contract Management, and collaborate across Business Units, R&D, Operations, and corporate functions.

• Strategic Sourcing and Category Planning:
  Refresh and execute sourcing strategies for corrugate packaging, including market, industry and supply base analysis; category and supplier segmentation; sourcing activity facilitation; analysis, negotiations, contracting and implementation.
• Project Management:
  Lead productivity, cash flow and innovation projects impacting corrugate that may be driven by procurement, the Business Unit or another functional area, focusing on overall Total Cost of Ownership.
• Supplier Integration / Relationship Management (SRM):
  Work closely with key preferred and integrated suppliers; participate in end‑to‑end opportunity assessment and subsequent innovation or process improvement projects.
• Buying Oversight & Transactional Category
  
  Activities:
  
  Manage transactional activities for identified categories, including entry and management of projects into PNOW, tracking supplier performance to defined KPIs, and preparing communication slides for cross‑functional partners, peers and leaders.
• Financial Planning and Analysis:
  Prepare market forecasts and financial plans for the respective category areas.

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics or related field
• 3+ years’ experience in Procurement and/or general supply chain within a large matrixed organisation; CPG preferred
• Experience in strategic sourcing, negotiating and contracting

Base Salary Range: $102,100 – $127,600

Bonus: Eligible for a performance‑based bonus per plan terms.
