Job DescriptionWe are looking for a dynamic, resourceful, and results‑oriented leader to join our US Mobility team as a Fleet Card Sales Manager. In this role, you will build, inspire and elevate a high‑performing sales team while launching and driving the growth of our new Earnify Fleet Card.
Responsibilities- Recruit, mentor, and lead a high‑performing team of remote, field‑based Fleet Card Sales Representatives to achieve and exceed sales goals.
- Develop and implement training programs to strengthen product expertise, sales techniques, and customer engagement capabilities.
- Provide ongoing coaching and performance feedback, fostering continuous improvement and alignment with business objectives.
- Gain a deep understanding of the offer and effectively communicate value propositions to the team and wider business.
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales and account strategies to acquire new fleet card customers and expand existing relationships.
- Set, monitor, and optimize individual and team sales targets, ensuring alignment with broader business goals.
- Apply a mix of selling methods and practices to assess customer needs, present tailored solutions, and negotiate value with key decision‑makers.
- Conduct customer, competitor, and market analysis to find opportunities, refine strategies, and maintain a driven edge.
- Implement customer segmentation strategies to improve sales effectiveness and resource allocation.
- Lead with a growth mindset; adapting strategies to evolving market conditions and customer requirements.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for key customer relationships, ensuring satisfaction, retention, and partnership growth.
- Support sellers in field activities, including trade shows, association meetings, branded marketer engagements, franchisee interactions, and networking events.
- Demonstrate a national understanding of market dynamics yet applying insights to regional strategies and customer needs.
- Develop and manage partner relationship strategies to maximise external alliances for incremental growth.
- Oversee the sales pipeline and forecasting processes in Salesforce, ensuring accuracy and data‑driven decision‑making.
- Generate sales forecasting and demand‑planning reports, contributing to planning and business reviews.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, product development, and operations to enhance onboarding, streamline processes, and deliver a seamless customer experience.
- Effectively lead collaborators across departments, building alignment and driving collaborative initiatives.
- Foster a safety‑first culture, ensuring all activities reflect what we value and operational standards.
- Build and lead your team to consistently exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas.
- Strengthen relationships across the US Fleet Mobility organization, Branded Marketers, and franchisees, driving fleet volume growth.
- Represent the organization as a leader, setting an example through professionalism, collaboration, and results‑driven activity.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, ideally in business, sales, marketing, or related field.
- 5+ years of B2B sales experience, including roles in leadership or sales management and experience managing remote teams.
- Background in fleet management, financial services, payments, or oil & gas is strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated expertise in account strategy, business development, and consultative selling.
- Experience with customer segmentation, partner relationship management, and value‑based negotiation.
- Strong understanding of fleet operations, customer and competitor dynamics, and market trends.
- Ability to apply sector‑specific insights and maintain a global perspective when evaluating diverse market needs.
- Proven ability to inspire, coach, and develop high‑performing sales teams.
- Skilled at leading through ambiguity and adapting to dynamic, fast‑paced environments.
