What You Will Do- Develop and manage forecasting models using advanced techniques such as trend analysis, regression, and scenario planning.
- Incorporate internal and external data—sales trends, competitive landscape, market research—to refine forecasts.
- Conduct regular forecast reviews, adjusting as needed based on market dynamics, sales performance, and strategic changes.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align forecasts with business strategies and provide insights on performance drivers and risks.
- Evaluate and report the impact of market events (competitor launches, regulatory changes) on product performance.
- Present forecasts and supporting insights to senior leadership and other stakeholders.
- Work closely with supply‑chain teams to ensure forecasts align with inventory and operational planning.
- Serve as subject‑matter expert on forecast assumptions and methodologies.
- Leverage data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and forecasting software to communicate insights effectively and improve accuracy.
- Continuously explore and implement new data sources and analytical techniques to enhance forecasting processes.
- Doctorate, Master’s, Bachelor’s, Associate’s, or High School diploma with corresponding forecasting/analytics experience required per listed levels.
- Ability to establish credibility with and influence ED/VP level staff.
- Knowledge and experience working with industry internal and secondary data sources, including analog and uptake curve analysis.
- Proficiency in advanced forecasting techniques, statistical modeling, and data analysis.
- High proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex data and insights to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
- Experience partnering with business leaders to deliver high‑quality predictions guiding strategic decision‑making.
- Experience with Monte Carlo analysis and statistical trending.
- Team‑based collaboration skills and ability to gain alignment across an organization.
Expected annual salary range in the U.S. (excluding Puerto Rico) is posted. Actual salary will vary based on qualifications and experience.
