Position OverviewWe’re searching for a Senior Adoption Manager to join our team. This role is responsible for driving adoption of our financial management products among our insurance agencies for Applied Pay.
What You’ll Do- Drive adoption of Applied Pay products by proactively engaging with clients to understand their needs, deliver tailored training sessions, and provide ongoing support to ensure successful implementation and utilization.
- Meet with clients to identify challenges, offer solutions, and serve as a trusted advisor, ensuring seamless integration and maximizing the value of Applied Pay products.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including product and engineering, to share client feedback and insights that inform product enhancements and drive adoption.
- 3 years of experience in outbound sales, SaaS implementation or customer success
- Strong understanding of the payments and insurance industries
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience navigating ambiguity and adding structure to complex problems

- Can work hybrid from an Applied Systems office in either Chicago, Toronto or Salt Lake City
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field

Our targeted starting base salary in the United States for this position ranges from $85,000 – $115,000. To determine a new team member’s starting pay, we consider a variety of factors, including someone’s depth, breadth, and variety of experience, skills, and responsibilities. Depending on the role, team members may also be eligible to participate in additional compensation plans such as bonus and commission.
