• Lead overall dealership performance - drive profitability across all departments by establishing clear goals and accountability
• Develop and coach department leaders – recruit, mentor, and hold managers accountable to achieve strong departmental outcomes while building a strong culture
• Drive sales and customer experience – implement strategies that increase sales volume and improve customer satisfaction scores
• Manage financial performance – ensure the dealership consistently meets or exceeds revenue targets
• Execute growth and process improvements – identify opportunities to improve processes and implement initiatives that support the continued growth of our group

• Previous experience as a General Manager or General Sales Manager with proven results
• Longevity in previous roles in the automotive industry
• Leadership skills with a real passion and drive
• Enthusiasm and positive attitude with high energy throughout the workday
• Goal‑oriented, friendly personality, especially when negotiating pricing
• Attention to detail and problem‑solving capabilities
• Quality customer service, communication, computer and basic math skills
• Acceptable driving record & valid driver’s license

General Manager: $190K - $275K plus bonus
Compensation will be based on performance and experience; pay ranges may vary from displayed amounts
