Position Overview:

The Automotive Lot Attendant is responsible for managing the dealership lot and ensuring that vehicles are organized, clean, and easily accessible for both sales staff and customers. They play a key role in maintaining the dealership’s inventory, providing support to the sales team, and enhancing the overall customer experience by ensuring vehicles are presentable and ready for sale.

Job Description:
  • Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
  • Direct the moving of vehicles in a timely manner
  • Able to handle a wide variety of tasks including, restocking supplies, light cleaning duties of service drive and shop, delivery of vehicle and washing of vehicles
  • Will move and park client vehicles to ensure smooth and efficient traffic flow through the facility to increase client convenience and satisfaction.
  • There will be additional duties as assigned from time to time.
Requirements:
  • Ability to lead and facilitate
  • Employee Management skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to multitask
  • Self-motivated, enthusiastic presence in a team environment
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • Professional appearance and strong work ethic
  • Able to drive a manual transmission preferred, but not required
