Join Our Team at Berman Subaru of Chicago! We’re growing and looking for full-time Automotive Sales/Product Specialists to join our team.

Job Title: Automotive Sales/Product Specialist

Location: Berman Subaru of Chicago, Chicago, IL

Workdays: Monday–Saturday (Sundays off + one additional weekday off)

• 1 day: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• 2 days: 9:00 AM – 8:00 PM
• 1 day: 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM
• Saturday: 8:45 AM – 6:00 PM

• Engage customers via phone, email, text, and in person.
• Understand where each customer is in the buying process and identify information needs.
• Complete in-depth product demonstrations.
• Work with inventory and acquisition teams to determine market value on trade‑ins.
• Present and explain purchase terms, including pricing, payments, and loan structures.
• Follow up with customers to answer questions and ensure a positive experience.

• Must have a valid Driver's License with a clean driving record (3‑year minimum).
• Experience in Automotive Sales, preferred but willing to train.
