Our client, a leading financial services firm in Chicago, is seeking an Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative and operational support to senior leadership. This is a high-impact role ideal for a detail-oriented, proactive professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys managing complex schedules and priorities.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior executives, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination
- Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, reports, and other documents
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
- Coordinate logistics for meetings, board materials, and offsite events
- Manage expense reports, budgets, and departmental tracking as needed
- Assist with special projects and ad hoc requests from executives
- Maintain confidential and sensitive information with discretion
- Anticipate needs and proactively solve administrative challenges
- 3+ years of experience supporting C-level executives or senior leadership
- Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
- Professional demeanor and ability to maintain confidentiality
- Experience in a corporate, finance, or professional services environment preferred
