Position: WORKPLACE AMBASSADOR

Job Summary

Overall purpose of role:
To serve as the premier front-of-house hospitality lead for ZO, the client’s global amenity platform at The Franklin Center. This role is dedicated to establishing a warm, inviting environment for tenants while managing seamless day-to-day logistics, administrative operations, and community engagement of the ZO Lounge. As a Rapport representative, the Workplace Ambassador embodies high energy, curiosity, and a "roll-up-your-sleeves" commitment to hosting excellence.

Guest

Excellence & Community Hosting
  • Manage the reception of guests to the Clubhouse, providing a warm, attentive Rapport-standard greeting.
  • Ensure all guest requests are accommodated by coordinating effectively with property operations teams.
  • Actively host members within all ZO spaces throughout the day to foster a sense of community.
  • Communicate and resolve all member service issues promptly, maintaining the highest levels of satisfaction.
Operational Excellence
  • Adhere to rigorous daily checklists for the opening and closing of the Clubhouse facilities.
  • Ensure all ZO spaces (lounge, bar, eating areas, service rooms, and bathrooms) are orderly and pristine, in coordination with building cleaning staff.
  • Compile and distribute detailed Daily Shift Reports to communicate highlights, challenges, and attendance metrics.
  • Manage the dedicated ZO email and Help Center inquiries, ensuring professional and timely communication.
Event & Program Coordination
  • Execute the end-to-end logistics for ZO Events, including member check-in/out and onsite coordination.
  • Lead the physical "stage-set" of the space, including the setup and breakdown of furniture and catering for events.
  • Manage inquiries for the Conference Center, ensuring all details are communicated to the Property Management office.
  • Collaborate with the Regional Manager to curate and update event and service content on the ZO App.
Facility & Administrative Support
  • Partner with Property Management to maintain the facility, including supply inventory, equipment troubleshooting, and repair/maintenance requests.
  • Communicate daily event schedules to lobby greeters and security teams to ensure a seamless building-wide experience.
  • Monitor and track data related to space usage and member engagement to drive service improvements.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Proven experience in luxury hospitality, premium guest services, or corporate front-of-house roles.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage a diverse member base.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to facility management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and comfort learning proprietary amenity platforms (ZO App).
  • Experience in high-volume event coordination is preferred.
