* Operative Auftragsplanung und
-steuerung
* Koordination der operativen Abläufe durch die Produktionsplanung* Überwachung der Kundenbedarfe und Analyse von Forecast
* Einleitung der Materialbeschaffung und Abstimmung von Materialverfügbarkeiten mit dem Einkauf
* Bewertung der Produktionskapazitäten und Austausch mit der Produktion
* Koordination und Einhaltung von Lieferterminen
* Interne/Externe Kommunikation mit anderen Fachabteilungen, Stakeholdern und Kunden
* Strukturierung, Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung der Prozesse in der Planung
* Erstellung von Auswertungen und Statistiken für einzelne Projekte

Anforderungen:

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Industriekauffrau/-mann oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung/Qualifikation
* Affinität zur Analyse und Verarbeitung von Daten und Kennzahlen
* Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office, insbesondere Excel
* Erfahrung in der Anwendung eines Warenwirtschaftssystem (Fepa)
* Gute Deutsch und Englischkenntnisse
* Ausgeprägte Organisations- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit
* Strukturierte und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise
* Gestaltungswillen, Kreativität und Interesse an Fortschritt
