Title: Administrative Coordinator - Sales
Location: Chicago, IL (Remote)
Duration: 6 Months Contract (with probability of Extension)
Pay Range: $18-22 per hour
PURPOSE:
Seeking a candidate who will provide administrative assistance and coordination to the Transient Team. This position requires a professional, highly motivated and organized individual capable of functioning in a fast-paced environment. Strong interpersonal and communication skills along with the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team is also required.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
Transient:
• Navigating Lanyon and other transient RFP systems
• Ability to work within multiple reporting systems and translate into excel
• Creative and accurate presentation skills in PowerPoint, Prezi, and Publisher
• Handling client favor requests and overseeing VIP travel
• Precise expense report processing
• Accurate document translation
• Effective calendar management
• Leverage Envision Transient for all accounts
• Compose and prepare professional correspondence as needed
• Demonstrated ability to work with confidential and sensitive data while showing a high degree of
professionalism and maturity
• Must be able to multi-task with ease and work in a fast paced environment
• Ability to manage timelines and meet deadlines.

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:
Refined verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient in MS Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook; for PowerPoint, the ability
to adeptly create slides, presentations and charts is a strong plus
• Proven ability to project a professional image and shown capability of working independently
• Track record of good judgment and critical thinking
• Ability to manage multiple, and at times competing, projects

High School Degree and Minimum of 1 year work experience
