Location: Chicago, IL – West Side (On Site)

Work Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM | 100% onsite

Addison Group is hiring on behalf of our client, a mission-driven educational organization serving families in the Chicagoland area. This organization is dedicated to supporting students and families through high-quality academic programming and community engagement. They are seeking temporary support during their enrollment and registration season.

Job Description

The Office Manager Support will assist with student enrollment, registration follow-up, and family communication efforts during a high-volume period. This individual will serve as a key point of contact for families, ensuring documentation is completed accurately and on time. This is a short-term contract role supporting the enrollment team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct outreach to families who have not completed re-registration requirements
  • Connect with families during enrollment events to confirm seat acceptance
  • Guide new families through the registration and onboarding process
  • Provide step-by-step assistance to ensure all required documentation is submitted
  • Monitor and track student enrollment progress to ensure completion
  • Maintain accurate records and provide status updates to internal teams
  • Deliver professional, patient, and service-oriented communication to families
Qualifications
  • Prior experience in customer service or a family-facing support role required
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Comfortable navigating technology systems and tracking data
  • Friendly, patient, and solutions-oriented demeanor
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
